These Terms of Service govern your use of the PetQuantic platform ("Services"), operated by FlowQuantic. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Usage

• PetQuantic provides online booking, client management, and automation tools for pet businesses.
• Services are offered "as is" and may evolve with updates or new features.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business.
• PetQuantic does not provide veterinary care, medical advice, emergency response, or animal health diagnosis.

2. User Responsibilities

When using PetQuantic, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account (e.g., passwords, access credentials).
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not misuse the platform for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
• Obtain and maintain any notices, consents, or authorizations required to communicate with your customers through the Services.

3. Customer Data

• If you are a business user, you may upload client and business data to the platform.
• You remain the Data Controller of that information. FlowQuantic acts as a Data Processor under applicable data protection laws.
• Processing of such data is further governed by our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select.
• Free trials, promotional periods, or discounts may be modified or withdrawn unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of PetQuantic (including software, logos, and design) are owned by FlowQuantic.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Services.
• You retain ownership of your own business data and content.

6. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may suspend services temporarily for maintenance or updates.
• FlowQuantic is not liable for interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
• Some features depend on third-party providers, networks, payment processors, messaging providers, or hosting infrastructure outside our direct control.

7. SMS Notifications

• We may send you SMS messages for appointment confirmations, reminders, status updates, vaccination records, and customer service replies.
• Message frequency varies based on your appointments, typically up to 8 messages per month per active booking.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier plan.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
• We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowQuantic is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability for direct damages will not exceed the total fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services will end, but data handling remains subject to our Privacy Policy and DPA.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Massachusetts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
