SMS Messaging Terms

PetQuantic, powered by FlowQuantic, sends SMS text messages to help pet businesses and their clients stay on schedule. This page explains what we send, how you give consent, and how to stop messages at any time. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. About Our SMS Program

We send text messages only to people who have opted in, in two categories:

  • Transactional: appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates to a booking.
  • Customer service: replies that continue a request you started, such as rescheduling or account help.

Messages are delivered through our telecommunications provider, Twilio. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

2. How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS in any of these ways:

  • Checking the SMS consent box when you book an appointment or create an account.
  • Entering your mobile number on an opt-in form like the one shown below.
  • Texting our published number to start a conversation.

Consent is never a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time (see Opt Out & Help below).

3. Sample Messages

Here are examples of the messages you may receive:

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your appointments and the businesses you interact with. Typically you receive a confirmation when an appointment is booked and one or more reminders before it.

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. PetQuantic does not charge you for receiving these messages.

6. Opt Out & Help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and we will stop sending SMS to that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or reach us using the contact details below.

7. Your Privacy
