📄 Staff User Agreement

This Staff User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the responsibilities and limitations of employees or representatives ("you" or "Staff User") of businesses ("Business") that use the PetQuantic platform, a service operated by FlowQuantic ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the PetQuantic platform, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to access or use the system.

1. Authorized Use Only

• You are authorized to use the PetQuantic system solely for purposes directly related to the operations of the Business that created your user account.
• You must follow all internal rules or policies set by the Business regarding your access to client information.

2. Confidentiality and Data Access

You agree to:

• Keep all client data (including names, phone numbers, pet information, appointment history, and notes) strictly confidential.
• Never share, forward, or disclose any data outside the Business or with unauthorized individuals.
• Access only the data required to perform your role.

3. Prohibited Actions

You must not, under any circumstances:

• Export, download, screenshot, or print customer data for personal use.
• Use customer data for marketing, sales, or personal purposes.
• Transfer or sync data to any external service or platform.
• Store data outside the PetQuantic platform without explicit permission from the Business owner.

4. Responsibility and Liability

• You are personally responsible for any misuse, unauthorized access, or data leakage caused by your actions.
• FlowQuantic reserves the right to suspend or disable your access to the system if there is any suspicion of misuse or breach of this Agreement.

5. Monitoring and Audit

• FlowQuantic may log access and activity for audit and security purposes.
• Any suspicious or unauthorized behavior may be investigated and reported to the Business.

6. Modifications

This Agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version will always be available at:
