📄 End User Agreement

1. Scope and Applicability of Agreement

PetQuantic Inc. ("PetQuantic", "we", "our", or "us") provides software, tools, and online services designed to help pet businesses manage appointments, customer interactions, and operational workflows. This includes, but is not limited to, websites, subdomains, mobile applications, and any related platforms (collectively referred to as the "Services").

This End User Agreement ("Agreement") applies to individuals or entities ("you" or "End User") who use PetQuantic's Services to schedule, manage, or interact with appointments and businesses that use PetQuantic. By using our Services—either as a guest or by creating a user account—you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are using PetQuantic on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement on its behalf.

2. Acceptance of Agreement

By using the Services, including by:

• Clicking a checkbox or "I Agree" button,
• Scheduling an appointment through a PetQuantic-powered system,
• Creating a user account, or
• Signing this Agreement digitally or manually,

you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement in full.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Services.

3. Modifications to This Agreement

PetQuantic reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Agreement at any time, at its sole discretion. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement accordingly.

Your continued use of the Services after such changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes.

4. Business Use

In some cases, you may also become a business customer of PetQuantic by creating a business account. In those cases, your relationship with PetQuantic as a business user will be additionally governed by our Business Terms of Service.

5. Authority to Accept

You affirm that you are of legal age and capacity to enter into this Agreement, and that all information provided during your use of the Services is accurate and truthful. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that company to this Agreement.
